is a designer, researcher, and writer passionate about the intersection of the built and ecological environments. She graduated from Northeastern University with a Masters in Sustainable Urban Environments and a B.S. in Architectural Studies. She is involved in research-driven design and placemaking to create sustainable, climate resilient cities and communities.
Currently, Avery is a Graphic Designer at Utile; Research Creator at Future Earth; Researcher / Consultant for Urban Omnibus' Cleaning Up series; and she is on the City of Newport's Energy and Environment Commission.
